Play communs is an army of 31 colourful robots designed by children and developed by Ultra Ordinaire expressing different personalities and solutions outside the usual patterns.
The robots represent an instrument of culture to develop knowledge outside of ideologies. Together they compose a narrative where each object plays a role in a contemporary epic
to project a possible future. The aim is to rethink a society based on community and shared social practices.
Drawing their dreams, producing objects to support their practices. They are no longer just buying objects of representation. The army is made of Robots for children, made from children's drawings, for them to learn how to make: assemblies, programs, drawings, exchange of ideas. Head and arms can be exchanged, they move, there are LEDs... Children can draw their models.
